Cornerstone Bible Institute

Cornerstone Bible Institute. Wednesdays, 7–8 p.m.
Join us on Wednesdays starting on January 3. Pastor Joshua will be utilizing War of Words by Paul Tripp as he teaches on this topic.


Two services

Transition to Two Services. January 7, 8:30 a.m. & 11 a.m.
Praise the Lord for people’s eagerness to hear His Word! Beginning January 7, there will be two services: 8:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Pre-K childcare offered both hours but no other children’s ministry at this point. We look forward to seeing what additional ministries we might be able to offer for all age groups in the future! If you’re interested in serving (Welcome, Audio & Slides, Childcare, Setup), please contact Pastor Isaiah and we’ll get you signed up.


STM Info Meeting

Short-Term Missions (STM) Information Meeting. January 7, 1–2 p.m. There will be an information meeting for those interested in the summer Czech or Alaska STM in the Wood-Floor Room. Questions? Contact Hyon Seo.


Aspire Class. January 7, 6:00–7:30 p.m.
The Aspire Class is for men who are interested in serving Christ by learning to lead. Classes will begin on January 7 and will meet one Sunday night a month over the course of the year. For more information, please contact Pastor Isaiah.


Women of the Word. January 13, 9–11 a.m.
Ladies, you are invited to a time of teaching and fellowship on January 13, at 9am. Marda will be teaching on “I am an adopted child of God.” Students 7th grade and older are welcome. Light refreshments will be provided.


Sunday Night Service. January 21, 5–7 p.m.
On the third Sunday of the month, the church is inviting everyone to bring their dinner and eat together (5–6 p.m.) and then enjoy a time of talking to God, singing to Him and listening to Him from His Word (6–7 p.m.). At this first of our monthly evening services, we have the additional blessing of seeing believers baptized and welcoming in new members. Everyone is welcome!


Church Retreat. February 16–19, Oak Glen Conference Center

Serving Together


Ministry Highlight: Big Pebbles (3–5 yr olds)
Big Pebbles is in need of 4 additional volunteers to minister to our preschoolers on Sunday mornings in either the first or second worship service. Please contact Jane Lara for additional information.


Servants Needed for Church Retreat.
We will need many servants to help at the church retreat in the following areas: Setup, Shuttle Driver, Snacks, Childcare, etc. Please be on the lookout in the next few weeks for a Sign-up sheet.
