COMING UP
OC United: Safe Families Info Meeting
Cornerstone Bible Church is excited to partner with OC United in Fullerton to launch Safe Families for Children in our community. This ministry creates opportunities for both singles and families to come alongside families who are struggling by offering practical support, relational care, and hope through the Gospel. There will be an informational meeting this Sunday at 5pm at Cornerstone Bible Church. Please sign up HERE for the meeting. Light refreshments will be provided.
Sunday Evening Service
We will not be meeting for Evening Service this Sunday. Our next Evening Service will be on February 1 at 5 p.m. with a light dinner at 4:30 p.m.
Stewarts’ Last Day at CBC
This Sunday will be Clifton, Ashley and Kuiper’s last day at CBC as they prepare to move to Canada. We are so grateful for their ministry to our youth and our church over the past 5 years. Please join us after service for cake and fellowship with the Stewarts.
Sunday Gathering Location Move Update: El Dorado High School Under Consideration
As was mentioned in the 1/23 letter to the church, the elders have been working through details with the school district regarding Valadez Middle School (VMS), and they have offered us the opportunity to rent El Dorado High School (1651 Valencia Ave, Placentia) instead. El Dorado HS addresses key concerns we had with VMS—particularly parking access and classroom availability. Our goals remain the same: to worship together in one service, provide space for equipping classes, and expand our Children’s Ministry classrooms. As such, the February 1st vote has been postponed while we carefully evaluate this new option. Please pray for wisdom as we discern the Lord's leading. Please submit any questions HERE.
WOW Service Day
Ladies, please join us for our WOW Service Day. We will be preparing registration materials and crafts for our upcoming retreat. This will be an opportunity to serve various ministries within the church as well as help them get ready for family retreat. Use the LINK for more information and to RSVP.
Membership Class
If you are interested in becoming a member of Cornerstone or would like to learn more about our church, our next membership class will take place sometime in late-Feb to March. If you would like to sign up for the class or if you have any questions, or would like more information, please contact Joon Yim.
Church Retreat
Join us for a special time of teaching and fellowship with our guest speaker, Paul Hamline, from February 13–16, 2026 at Oak Glen Christian Conference Center.
For those who aren't able to stay overnight, Retreat Day Registration is available. Meals and activities are included:
- 1-Day Registration (Saturday OR Sunday)
- 2-Day Registration (Saturday AND Sunday)
We will also be offering Pre-Check In Sundays (2/1 and 2/8) between services to speed up your check-in process at retreat. Come turn in all your forms, sign up to serve, and for activities!
