Safe Families Info Meeting
Safe Families for Children creates opportunities for both singles and families to come alongside those families who are struggling by offering practical support, relational care, and hope through the Gospel. As CBC prepares for our upcoming move, we have an urgent need for committed and available servants across several key ministries. Your willingness to serve is vital as we transition into this new season. Resurrection Sunday Outreach Join us as we connect with our community and invite our neighbors to celebrate Resurrection Sunday with us while sharing the hope of the gospel. We’ll gather on Saturdays, March 28 and April 4, from 1–3PM at 112 E. Walnut Ave. From there, we’ll head out to nearby neighborhoods—including areas around El Dorado High School—as well as local shopping centers and schools. Good Friday/Resurrection Sunday
Invite your friends and family to our Good Friday service on April 4 at 7 p.m. at 112 E. Walnut Ave. and our Resurrection Sunday service on April 5 at 10:30 a.m. at El Dorado HS, with Equipping Hour at 9 a.m.
Sunday Evening Service
Join us this Sunday at 5 p.m.! A light dinner (pizza) will be provided at 4:30 p.m. Please note there will be no evening service next Sunday, March 15.
Daylight Savings
Day light savings begins this Sunday. Don’t forget to turn the clocks forward one hour Saturday night.
First Service at El Dorado High School
Our first service at El Dorado HS will be on March 15, with Equipping Hour & Children's Ministry at 9am and the Worship service starting at 10:30am. (Pre K Childcare is available both hours.)
Women of the Word
Please join us on March 14 at 9 a.m., as we continue our study on how to put off anxiety and worry. Ladies 12 years of age and up and their guests are welcome for a time of teaching, small group discussion and prayer. Light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP HERE.
Short Term Missions
This summer, the Lord has opened two opportunities for CBC: serving in the Czech Republic and Kokrine Hills Bible Camp in Alaska. We are in need of additional servants for the Alaska Team. Nursing Home Visit
Come join us on Saturday, March 21, from 10:15 to 11:30am as we spend time with the residents of Gordon Lane Care Center in Fullerton. We will be singing songs, completing family-friendly activities (the residents love kids!) and sharing the love of Christ, along with a devotional. For more information, please contact Jeff Liao.
