Newcomer Coffee

Vacation Bible School
Registration is now open for VBS! This year's theme is "State of the Heart: Examining Our Hearts Through the Parables of Jesus." VBS is open to children entering Kindergarten–6th grade in the fall. It runs from Monday, 6/23 through Thursday, 6/26 from 6:00–8:45 p.m.
VBS Volunteers
Volunteers needed! Each year, nearly 100 children attend Vacation Bible School at CBC. Children play games, enjoy snacks, create crafts, and learn from God's Word. A volunteer meeting will be held on June 1 after Second Service for those who would like to serve or who are interested in learning more. Click HERE to view the volunteer opportunities or to sign up.
Women’s Bible Study Workshop
This summer we will be studying the book of Amos! We will meet on Monday evenings from 7:30–9:30 from June 9 to August 11 (taking 6/23 off for VBS). Each week involves watching an instructional video from the Simeon Trust First Principles course on your own, then we will meet in person to review the study skills and practice together using passages from the book of Amos. This class will be a great experience for new and returning students! Please sign up by June 1. Contact Melissa Mackler with any questions.
Fullerton Street Market Outreach/VBS
We will be meeting on June 12 at 5:30 p.m. at Fullerton Street Market (Downtown Plaza - 125 E. Wilshire Avenue, Fullerton) to share the gospel and invite people to our VBS and church. WEEKLY at CBC
Sunday Morning Prayer. Sundays, 8:00–8:20 a.m.
All are welcome before service in the Upper Room for a time of corporate prayer!
Lunch with Pastors. Thursdays, 12–1 p.m.
