Equipping Hour Classes
Come out this Sunday at 9am to learn about and sign up for the three, 12-week classes being offered from May 10-July 26!
Evening Service
The church will meet to pray on Sunday Evening, May 10, from 5-6pm. Light dinner will be served at 4:30pm. The church’s evening meetings are on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.
Communion Sunday & Church Lunch
This Sunday, we will be celebrating communion after the worship service. Communion will be a shorter, separate service held outside to honor EDHS's policy about no food and drink in the auditorium. Church lunch will immediately follow communion.
Evangelism Training
God has placed in us a desire to share the good news that transformed our lives, but at times that desire is overshadowed by feelings of unpreparedness and fear about sharing the gospel with others. Join us for a 3-month practical evangelism training course! We’ll meet once a month as we grow together in learning how to share the gospel. Our first meeting will be on Saturday, May 16 at 11-1pm at 112 E Walnut Ave.
Each session will include:
- Reading and discussing a short book How Do I Get Started in Evangelism? by 9Marks
- Learning different methods of sharing the gospel
- Practicing with one another
- Going out into the community to share the gospel
